Exchange and Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with every purchase from us. However, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied. Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your purchase and return the goods within 14 days to: David Bevan, PO Box 260083, Howick East, Auckland 2146, New Zealand.
We will allow extra time if goods are being returned from outside New Zealand.
Items will be fully refunded or exchanged providing they are in the same condition as when they arrived and you have taken care to ensure the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.
Post and packing costs are non refundable unless goods have been received damaged. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please make sure you retain proof of postage.
The offer for sale of our products is subject to stock availability. Orders can be taken by our secure online site. Although we take great care in describing and presenting the articles sold as precisely as possible, some errors might occur. In this case, we cannot in any way be considered responsible. The photographs showing the items have an indicative value only due to changes which may occur during transcription on to the site. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will be able to return the item for an exchange or a refund.
Our prices are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error. Payment is made by Visa or Mastercard, by Paypal and our New Zealand customers can also choose to pay by direct credit or cheque if you are known to us. Prices do not include post and packing charges currently applied for delivery (see "delivery"). Invoices should be kept and delivery notes enclosed with any item returned for an exchange or a refund.
The contract is concluded when the customer issues confirmation of his/her order.
Eastamps will send an e-mail confirming your order within 5 working days.
You may also print out your order.
We deliver anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address clearly when placing the order via the internet. Orders within New Zealand will be delivered by Standard Post or Parcel Post Tracked. Orders from outside New Zealand will be sent via International Airmail or International Courier. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each shipping address.
The customer will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port delivery of goods outside New Zealand.
